Why is dating so complicated and frustrating? Over the years, I often heard my single friends talk about how difficult it is, but from the cozy comfort of my long-term relationship I didn't really understand. When I suddenly find myself shoved into the dating world, I finally got it. It's hell down there in the trenches! Having never really dated before, it was a sharp learning curve, to say the least. I really could have used a handy, pocket-sized guide. A Pocket Gay Handbook, if you will.
Are there really any such things? I don't know, but I made some up anyway. Again, I'm hardly an expert. I can't stress that enough. These are for me as much as they are for you. So without further ado, here are my ten rules of dating. Click on the rule to read more.
